Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the shipment is picked up by our logistics partner. Once picked up, cancellations are subject to carrier policies and may incur charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases: shipment not picked up within the committed timeframe, duplicate charges, or service failure attributable to Shiva International Courier Service.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at info@shivainternationalcourier.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable

Shipping charges for successfully delivered shipments are non-refundable. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues do not qualify for refunds.
